(VOVworld) – Several nations are hurrying to evacuate their citizens from Libya as the situation there deteriorates.

Foreigners started to evacuate from Libya as rising hostilities.

Egypt on Monday scheduled flights from Djerba to Cairo to evacuate some 6,000 Egyptians stuck at Ras Jedir on the Libya-Tunisia border. Cairo is also preparing to repatriate Egyptian citizens through Tunisia’s Zarzis seaport.
The UK naval vessel HMS Enterprise carrying 110 EU and UK citizens evacuated from Libya arrived at Malta port yesterday. Last Saturday 250 Hyundai corporation workers, mostly Filipinos and Indians, were transported from Tripoli to Malta.
