NATO expels eight Russian diplomats
(VOVWORLD) - NATO on Wednesday asked the Russian delegations to send home 8 members, alleging they were working as spies, the latest development in an increasingly frayed relationship between the Kremlin and Western forces.

A NATO representative said the 8 Russian diplomats will be expelled and NATO has cut the maximum size of the Russian delegation in half. NATO has strengthened its deterrence and defense in response to Russia’s aggressive actions, a statement said. The 8 Russian diplomats will have to leave NATO headquarters before November, NATO said, adding that its policy towards Russia remains consistent and the Organization is ready for dialogues.
