The 300-page book is divided into two parts. The first is a general overview of the history of calligraphy in countries like China, Japan, and the Republic of Korea. The second part explores the development of Vietnamese calligraphy.
The book is a process of researching the historical materials of Vietnam, China, Japan, and RoK, and comparing them to what have been preserved at pagodas, temples, stone steles, mountain walls, and caves.
