This is the 13^th ambulance provided by the Soc Trang Lotterry Limited Company to local hospitals. In 2017, the company donated 220,000 USD to build 167 houses for poor households and policy beneficiaries in the province. The Soc Trang Association of the Elderly has also presented gifts for 250 lonely elders.

The same day, a program honoring individuals and organizations who contributed to social security activities in 2017 was organized in Hau Giang province. With around 11.5 million USD collected from donors, the province has built over 200 houses, repaired 350 homes, and built nearly 600 others, along with dozens of other charity projects.
