(VOVworld) – Nigeria police on Sunday reported that an operation against terrorist group Boko Haram crushed a terror attempt in Maiduguri of the North-East Borno State and killed 2 female suspects.

Maiduguri is considered the den of the Boko Haram insurgents.

The same day, the Nigerian Army rescued 211 civilians held captive by Boko Haram terrorists at the villages of Cingal Murye and Maja.
