Ninh Binh disburses 72% of public investment in H1
(VOVWORLD) -The northern province of Ninh Binh disbursed 72% of 130 million USD public investment in the first half of this year despite the COVID-19 pandemic’s adverse impacts, according to a report of the provincial People's Committee.

At a meeting with Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc in Ninh Binh province on Sunday, local authorities pledged to complete disbursement of 100% public investment this year, maybe even sooner, around October.
The Prime Minister said that this is his first program to check how much ministries and localities have progressed in disbursing public investment capital. He asked the provincial leaders to make specific commitments on the disbursement of public investment and take drastic and proactive measures in land clearance.
