Visitors can take a boat tour to savor scenic views of paddy fields in Tam Coc-Bich Dong.

The annual event themed “Golden colors of Tam Coc-Trang An" aims to honor the various values of unique natural landscape in the locality, such as the Trang An Landscape Complex, a UNESCO-recognized World Heritage Site, as well as introducing the cultural and historic values of Hoa Lu, the former capital of Vietnam. 

The opening ceremony is expected to be held on Saturday morning, with the main stage artistically shaped by a Dong Ho folk painting on a vast paddy field.

Visitors will have the opportunity to savor an array of scenic views of peaceful villages, admire one of the most beautiful rice fields in Tam Coc, and gain deeper insights into the cultural vestiges of the Tran Dynasty in Trang An Landscape Complex.

They can also enjoy water puppetry shows, Chèo (traditional opera), Xẩm singing (folk singing by blind buskers in the old days), as well as folk songs from the country’s three regions.

Cultural and artistic exchanges will be held in the evenings to honor intangible cultural values.
