North Korea sets year-end deadline for US to shift stance
(VOVWORLD) - The Korean Central News Agency KCNA reported Saturday that its leader Kim Jong Un urged the US to shift its stance in nuclear talks by the end of this year.

It said that Kim is willing to hold a third summit with Trump if the US adopts an appropriate attitude to reach an agreement on denuclearization that is fair and mutually acceptable.
Kim’s decision was believed to show North Korea’s refusal to the US’s proposal to pursue “the big deal,” which calls for full denuclearization of North Korea in return for removing sanctions.
