(VOVworld) – US President Barack Obama will deliver his State of the Union address Tuesday to the US Congress, which is now dominated by the Republicans.

The address reports on the condition of the nation and outlines the government’s planned legislative agenda, which will need the co-operation of Congress. White House spokesman Dan Pfeiffer told NBC’s Meet the Press program that the theme of the speech is “middle-class economics” and Mr Obama will present his administration’s domestic and foreign policies for 2015, focusing mainly on ways to fix wage stagnation and improve immigration.
