Online photo exhibition spotlights 50 years of Vietnam – India ties
(VOVWORLD) - An online photo exhibition, highlighting 50 years of the Vietnam-India diplomatic relations, opened on Friday in Hanoi.

The event is co-organsed by the Vietnam News Agency (VNA), the Vietnam-Indian Friendship Association, and the Indian Embassy in Vietnam.
On display are 50 photos and documents featuring milestones in the two nations’ ties over the past five decades. They include black and white photos of the Vietnam News Agency on the first days the two countries established their bilateral ties, including a picture of President Ho Chi Minh receiving Indian Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru during the latter’s visit to Vietnam on October 17, 1954, or a photo of Indian people in New Delhi welcoming President Ho Chi Minh during his visit to India in February 1958.
The event will last until January 11, 2022.
