Opinion collection for law building
(VOVWORLD) - A conference on the legislature’s law and ordinance building program for 2017 took place in Hanoi on Friday under the chair of National Assembly Vice Chairman Uong Chu Luu.

Deputies addressed pending issues in the sector, which will allow the program to be adjusted in order to ensure the quality of law-making.
Participants said that gathering opinions remains a process of formality, and that concerned people have yet to be consulted.
Deputy Minister of Education and Training Bui Van Ga said: “We propose that agencies that asked to contribute opinions to draft laws should contribute ideas seriously and in a responsible manner. In that way, Vietnam’s legal system can be improved.”
