 Nguyen Dac Vinh, First Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and Head of the National Committee on Youth, said Vietnam is committed to continued cooperation and contributing to building ASEAN into a unified, harmonious community for peace, stability and development. On this occasion, on behalf of Vietnamese young people, Nguyen Dac Vinh sent a message of condolence to the victims of the recent Haiyan typhoon in the Philippines, and called on young people in ASEAN to help the people of the Philippines recover from the typhoon.
