Overseas Vietnamese donate to the COVID-19 vaccine fund
(VOVWORLD) - As soon as the Prime Minister signed a decision to set up the COVID-19 Vaccine Fund, Vietnamese people inside and outside the country have enthusiastically donated to the fund.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong, a representative of the Vietnamese Association in Macau, China, sent 5,700 USD to the fund. Huong said overseas Vietnamese are closely following the epidemic situation in the country and want to help ease hardships of frontliners in the fight against COVID-19.
Nun Thich Nu Gioi Thanh, Head of the Vietnam Buddhists’ Association in South Korea, said in response to the call of the Vietnamese Party and State, Vietnamese brides in South Korea have donated to the COVID-19 vaccine fund.
Luong Xuan Hoa, Vice Chairman of the Association of Thai people of Vietnamese origin in Thailand, said overseas Vietnamese people are doing their best to join with people at home to fight COVID-19.
