(VOVworld) - Thirty-two outstanding overseas Vietnamese have returned home to herald the 70th founding anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19) and National Day (September 2).

They were invited by the Foreign Ministry’s Committee for Overseas Vietnamese Affairs as a result of their active involvement in Vietnamese community activities abroad.
During the visit to the homeland until September 3, they will partake in a series of events including paying floral tributes to heroic fallen soldiers, visiting the mausoleum of late President Ho Chi Minh and the Presidential Palace, and offering incense to the late President at the K9 historical site and late General Vo Nguyen Giap.
