The trade protocol signed by Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru will lift tariffs, increase services and investment capital, and promote the development and competitiveness of PA member economies.Addressing the opening ceremony, Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos said the PA has accomplished most of the objectives defined in the 2011 Summit in Peru and called on the PA to fulfill broader objectives.
