(VOVworld) – The US-based Pacific Links Foundation and the An Giang Study Promotion Association on Monday presented 700 scholarships for poor school girls in the Mekong delta provinces of An Giang, Dong Thap, Kien Giang, and Tien Giang. Under the program for the 2014-2015 academic year, the recipients are from grade 7 to 12 and living in disadvantaged areas with each worth 250 USD in the forms of learning tools, uniforms, tuition fees, and health insurance.
