(VOVworld) - A senior al-Qaeda militant, accused of planning to bomb trains in New York and London, has been killed in Pakistan. Adnan el Shukrijumah was killed in a raid in South Waziristan in north-western Pakistan, near the Afghan border. Shukrijumah, a senior commander, is thought to have served as one of the leaders of al Qaeda's external operations program.
