(VOVworld) – Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas is on a 3-day visit to Egypt. This is his second visit to Egypt since the coup on July 3 that overthrew Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi. Mr. Abbas’s first visit to Cairo was on July 29 to express his support for the Egyptian interim government.

During talks with Egypt’s interim President Adly Mansour, Mr. Abass informed of latest developments in the Middle East, including Israel’s activities in Jerusalem and the results of talks on November 6 with US Secretary of State John Kerry about the future of negotiations between Palestine and Israel.
