(VOVworld) – Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas arrived in Cairo on Sunday for an official visit to Egypt at the invitation of President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi.

The Egyptian Presidential Office's spokesperson Alaa Yusuf said the two leaders will discuss bilateral ties, the latest news of the Palestine-Israel conflict, security, the economy, the humanitarian crisis in Palestinian territories, and possible ways to restart the peace process in the Middle East.
