Ahmed Majdalani, a senior Palestine Liberation Organisation official, said that following an agreement reached Wednesday night, Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah announced a cabinet reshuffle which coincides with ongoing negotiations between all parties, including Hamas, to form a national unity government.
Earlier, at a meeting of the Palestine Liberation Organisation’s Executive Committee, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas announced the cabinet reshuffle, appointing Prime Minister Hamdallah to be in charge of this task.
