The current plenum of the Party Central Committee entered its 5^th day of working on Tuesday. Senior Party members reviewed Party building and rectification efforts over the past year and 15 years of implementing a resolution on developing the private economic sector. The discussions were chaired by President Tran Dai Quang and Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc respectively.
