The purpose of the visit is to deepen the strategic cooperative partnership between the two countries, particularly in economics.
The Vietnamese Party leader will hold talks with Korean leaders on ways to increase mutual understanding and political trust, cooperation between the Communist Party of Vietnam and Korea’s ruling Saenuri Party, and friendship between the two peoples. Topics for discussion will also include regional and global issues of common concern, contributing to peace, stability, and development in Asia and the world.
