(VOVworld) – Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong has praised the Central Theoretical Council for reforming the way it operates. At a working session with the council in Hanoi on Monday, the Party leader acknowledged the council’s progress in consultation, research, human resource training, and international relations. He also praised the division for compiling documents for the 12^th National Party Congress and for its contributions to constitutional revision. Trong urged the council to make greater efforts to review Vietnam’s 30 years of renovation, and boost studies in the 2011-2015 period. He said the Central Theoretical Council needs to uphold its role as a leading provider of theoretical grounds, and to refute wrongful accusations by hostile forces against Vietnam.
