People pay tribute to President Ho Chi Minh on Reunification Day
(VOVWORLD) - Many Vietnamese visited the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and his other relic sites in Hanoi on the National Reunification Day on April 30.

They paid tribute and show gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh, who led Vietnam’s revolution to national independence, freedom and reunification. Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai from Phu Tho province, said: “President Ho Chi Minh is a beloved leader of Vietnam who won global admiration. I am visiting several places during this occasion and the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum is my first stop-over”.
During the holidays, thousands of people visited the Ho Chi Minh Museum where documents, pictures, and objects related to life and revolutionary cause of the great leader are displayed. Mr. Ha Van Toan from Nam Dinh province said: “President Ho Chi Minh found ways for national salvation and generations of our predecessors laid down their lives for the country. In peace time, young people should uphold the revolutionary tradition and further contribute to national construction”.
