(VOVWORLD) - The Peruvian Coffee Week will be held for the first time in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, starting Saturday, according to the Embassy of Peru in Vietnam.

The Embassy will introduce six specialty coffees from four famous producers, aiming to develop the product in the Vietnamese market. It will also be participating in the International Coffee Exhibition (CafeShow 2023) in Ho Chi Minh City, with a pavilion introducing premium coffee beans.
Peru is the leading producer and exporter of organic coffee, and the ninth largest coffee exporter in the world. Last year, it earned more than 3 million USD from shipping coffee to Vietnam.
