(VOVworld) – The Ministry of Information and Communication on Wednesday presented 180 photos and 70 films to the Vietnamese Embassy in Japan in service of national events and information campaigns.

The presented items are categorized in seven themes including Vietnam’s Development and Integration Progress, Traditional Craft Villages, Festivals, Cuisine, World Intangible Cultural Heritages, Sea and Islands, and Vietnamese Beauty. They are part of a photo exhibition and a film screening called “Discover Vietnam 2017” to introduce Vietnamese culture and people, and highlight the close relation between Vietnam and Japan in politics, culture, and economy.
The exhibition is among major activities to celebrate the 44th anniversary of Vietnam-Japan diplomatic ties, and to deepen the mutual understanding between the two peoples.
