At a press conference on Monday, the Phu Yen provincial People’s Committee said the meeting will be attended by more than 500 delegates from the government, embassies and international organizations in Vietnam, and domestic and foreign enterprises.  

“This is a very important event for Phu Yen province and we have high expectations. We have built connections with investors and authorities to achieve the targets of the conference, which concerns the handover of investment licenses and permits for investment surveys in Phu Yen,” Phan Dinh Phung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee elaborated.

Phu Yen is expected to launch 5 milk farm and eco-tourism projects with a total budget of more than 97 million USD. Authorities say they will give the green light to some large-scale projects worth 2.1 billion USD.
