National Assembly's Vice Chairwoman Tong Thi Phong addresses the meeting of the IPU-132 Organizing Committee

(VOVworld)- The Organizing Committee of the 132^nd Inter-Parliamentary Union’s General Assembly held its plenary session in Hanoi on Saturday to review its activities and plans to prepare for 132nd IPU General Assembly. National Assembly’s Vice Chairwoman Tong Thi Phong urged relevant agencies to fulfil their assigned tasks to complete the Master Plan on the preparation and organization of the 132^nd Inter-Parliamentary Union’s General Assembly in Hanoi. Phong asked the Secretariat Sub-Committee and relevant agencies to develop manuals for training to be held in June for the Vietnamese delegation attending this event. The Sub-Committee for Information and Communications is asked to upgrade information infrastructure and websites to update information on the official website to the IPU.
