The Prime Minister addressed the event which was organized by the Belgian-Vietnamese Alliance and attended by representatives from nearly 200 Vietnamese and Belgian businesses: “I would like to inform investors of a dynamic Vietnam with a young and skillful labor force, stable political situation and macro-economy and high growth. Vietnam, Belgium, and many EU countries have a system of seaports, favorable for transportation of goods. In addition to the Vietnam-EU Free Trade Agreement to be signed soon, Vietnam has negotiated and joined in 15 new generation FTAs. This means that when Belgian enterprises enter Vietnam, they will almost penetrate a vast global market.”
PM Phuc stressed that the Vietnamese government is improving the investment environment for the benefits of investors and people. He added that the Belgian economy with hi-tech, diverse services, and added value is the center of Europe and a large market for businesses from both sides to forge closer cooperation.
