(VOVWORLD)-Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on Thursday requested concentrated resources to prepare well, ensure the progress and quality of law making, saying laws and regulations must match the practical situation, remove problems, and unlock resources for development.

The Prime Minister chaired the Government meeting on law-making for June, which will deliberate proposals to build a law on teachers, the draft amended Law on Archives, a law amending and supplementing some articles of the Law on Chemicals, and a law amending and supplementing the laws that include regulations on investment and budget to tackle hindrances to public investment projects.
PM Chinh said that at the National assembly’s October session, the Government will submit nine draft laws and comment on eight draft laws, including difficult and complicated laws with mixed opinions.
He urged agencies in charge of law making to summarize and evaluate the law enforcement and raise new points and things to be improved or supplemented.
