Mr. Phuc told participants that the Party and State always care for children and adolescents with specific policies. He applauded Quang Nam for organizing the Mid-Autumn Festival for all kids particularly the disadvantaged. He said Quang Nam has done well in helping children in remote and natural disasters hit areas to go to school. He said: “Vietnamese ancestors had a saying “First we should learn ethics and then learn literature.” We not only acquire knowledge but also learn how to become a human being to contribute to national development. Uncle Ho taught us whether Vietnam will be strong and on a par with other countries, it depends on children’s studies.”

On this occasion, PM Phuc presented 300 gifts to especially disadvantaged children in Dai Loc commune.
