(VOVworld) – Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung met voters in Kien An district, Hai Phong City on Friday in preparation for the 8^th National Assembly meeting. At the meeting, voters suggested several proposals to boost national socioeconomic development, protect national independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity, while improving people’s living conditions.

Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung acknowledged the voters’ opinions, and briefed them on the national socio-economic performance. He asked Hai Phong city authorities to further attract investment resources to upgrade the local infrastructure while implementing Party and State policies to take care of social beneficiaries, including Agent/Orange dioxin victims. He also addressed voters’ concerns regarding education and training, development strategies, and healthcare services for people.
