Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc addressed the conference.

Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc praised localities for mass mobilization results and urged them to adhere to the government’s motto of “Discipline, Integrity, Action, Creativity, and Effectiveness”.

Mr. Phuc told the conference: “Mass mobilization should make people believe, bring them prosperity and happiness, as well as ensure human and citizen rights. Administrative reform should continue together with downsizing the number of state employees and strengthening the administration’s apparatus and state governance to ensure the rights of citizens, create social consensus, and promote national strength.”
