(VOVworld)- On Thursday, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc met staff from the Vietnamese General Consulate and representatives of the Vietnamese community in Hong Kong during his official visit to China.

In his address, the Prime Minister reiterated the Party and State’s special attention to overseas Vietnamese including those in Hong Kong and Macao saying they are an integral part of the Vietnamese nation and an important resource for national development. He urged them to promote unity and support each other in their resident country and further contribute to national development. The Prime Minister also attended the inauguration of the HCM City-Hong Kong route of Vietjet airlines. Phuc also met with a number of financial investors, and fund managers in Hong Kong and received the President of the FWD Insurance Group, Ronald Arculli.
