The PM asked the province to strengthen urbanization and tap its potential to boost the local growth. He stressed the importance of the planning work in ensure the sustainable growth: “It’s important to focus on the planning process and associate it with climate change because the province is quite densely populated. In addition to promoting sustainable growth, the province needs to pay attention to the environment including the living environment and river environment. To this end, it’s necessary to boost high-tech and supporting industries”.
