Prime Minister Chinh and delegates observed a minute of silence to respectfully remember and express gratitude to the great President Ho Chi Minh, General Vo Nguyen Giap, officers, soldiers, young volunteers, and civilians on the front lines and throughout the country who heroically fought and sacrificed their lives to achieve the Dien Bien Phu victory that “resounded across the five continents and shook the globe”.

The Prime Minister and the working group vowed to follow the example of great President Ho Chi Minh and steer the country to strong, prosperous development and people’s happiness.
