PM orders to connect 500kV Circuit-3 transmission line to national grid

(VOVWORLD) - Prime Minister Pham Minh has requested ministries, sectors, and localities to continue to concentrate resources on the 500 kV circuit-3 transmission line project stretching from Pho Noi in Hung Yen to Quang Trach in Quang Binh province.

At an online meeting on Thursday connecting the government’s headquarters and the People's Committee of provinces where the 500 kV circuit-3 transmission line passes, the Prime Minister authorized Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha to assign specific tasks to ministries and agencies and requested to connect the 500 kV circuit-3 line to the national grid by June 30.
Participants at the meeting discussed electricity supply in peak months in 2024 and the following years, and the progress of the 8th Power Plan.
