Addressing a meeting on the regional development in Lao cai province on Saturday, the Prime Minister called for harmonious mobilization of resources to remove bottlenecks in transport infrastructure, logistic and social infrastructure in line with digital transformation and climate change response.
A government program of actions was announced targets of up to 9% of GRDP, 40% urbanization rate and 70% of trained workforce by 2030 for the midland and northern mountainous region.
On this occasion, an exhibition on the regional land, people and culture opened in Lao Cai province.
