Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc

At a working session with Gia Lai leaders on Friday, PM Phuc repeated the Central Highlands’s strategy, which aims to develop the region’s organic agriculture, biodiversity, and culture. He said the Central Highlands must develop agro-forestry processing and promote its rich heritages and identity through tourism. Mr. Phuc also called for more aggressive measures to increase forest coverage of the Central Highlands, including Gia Lai, and address the four issues of economy, society, environmental protection, and heritage preservation.
