She told VOV on Tuesday: “This is the first visit to Vietnam by a Spanish Prime Minister. It comes at a time when relations between our two countries have grown increasingly close. Despite the geographical distance, Spain and Vietnam are forging stronger and friendlier ties. I believe this visit will provide a strong political impetus to deepen our cooperation and elevate our partnership to a new level.”
During his visit from Tuesday to Thursday, Prime Minister Sánchez will participate in the Vietnam–Spain Business Forum in Ho Chi Minh City. Both sides will sign the sixth financial cooperation program, enabling Spain to continue its financial support for several major projects in Vietnam.
The Ambassador expressed her belief that Vietnam and Spain share a solid foundation for advancing their relationship and that strengthening bilateral ties will contribute to a safer, more stable world.
