Prime Minister Chinh told the conference: “The science and technology market in Vietnam is one of the important factors in the socialist-oriented market economic institution. The Party and State have over the years paid attention to investment, issued and delivered related undertakings and policies. As a result, the science and technology market has initially taken shape, developed and achieved certain results.”

The Prime Minister pointed out that the development of the science and technology market must take scientific research as the foundation, scientists as the driving force, businesses as the center, in line with the fourth Industrial Revolution and the process of international economic integration.

He stressed the need to maximize resources from the private sector and international cooperation, speed up the innovation of products and services, and create favorable conditions for enterprises to quickly join the global value chain and conquer the international market.
