During a visit to Cao Bang in the northern mountain region on Tuesday, the Prime Minister suggested that local authorities make agriculture one of the keys to poverty reduction, develop tourism and cooperate with Chinese localities to boost exports.
“Cao Bang should become a role model in overcoming difficulties for the whole country, particularly in reducing poverty, ensuring sustainable livelihoods for ethnic groups, and maintaining social stability. It needs to secure green growth based on agriculture, tourism and cross-border trade”, stressed Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc.
