It is not clear whether the envoys will meet with each other or whether US officials will try to convene a trilateral session.
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict must be resolved by peaceful means, while Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said Russia is taking a major role in resolving the conflict. He said he is ready to meet in Moscow or elsewhere to discuss the conflict.
