At the Public-Private Partnership dialogue organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in Hanoi on Friday, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Doanh said: “Efforts should be made to make the State’s policy making more rapid and effective. There have been good models, but they have been replicated. Research and application of science and technology should be strengthened to enhance an added value and sustainability. Production should be rearranged to create value chains. In this process, the role of enterprises is very important in leading other partners in the value chains.”
