(VOVworld) – Preparations for the 2016 Huong pagoda festival have been completed.

This year’s festival will open on February 24 (the 6^th of the first lunar month). Nguyen Van Hau is Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee of My Duc district, Hanoi: “More than 4,300 boats have been prepared. We have also trained the boatmen in seaway security. Police will also be deployed to support the event”.
