President celebrates 60th anniversary of public security’s offline force
(VOVWORLD) - President Nguyen Xuan Phuc on Wednesday applauded generations of the People's Public Security offline force for their outstanding feats and dedication as he celebrated the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the offline force and awarded the Order of National Defense, second class, for the Offline Department of the Ministry of Public Security.

Addressing the ceremony in Hanoi, President Phuc emphasized the challenges and urgent tasks in the coming time.
"It is necessary to continue to effectively implement the Party's guidelines and the State’s policies and laws to protect national security and social order and safety. The Party’s absolute, direct leadership in all aspects, the domination of the State President, and the management of the Government must be ensured. We must maintain security, social order and safety and create a peaceful, stable environment and favorable conditions for national construction and development.”
The President asked the offline police force to strengthen solidarity with the people, considering it a principled issue in building an offline force and fulfilling tasks.
