President Luong Cuong visits Peru, attends APEC Summit Week
(VOVWORLD) - President Luong Cuong and the high-ranking Vietnamese delegation on Tuesday begin an official visit to the Republic of Peru and attending the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit Week 2024 in Lima, Peru, from November 12-16, at the invitation of the Peruvian President.

The visit takes place in the context of the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Peru (1994-2024), an important milestone that reflects the positive development of bilateral relations in various fields.
The visit is expected to consolidate the foundation of good political relations between the two countries, enhance the effectiveness of cooperation in potential fields, and bring the relationship to a new height.
