The 5-day visit is made at the invitation of Vietnam’s National Assembly Chairwoman, Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan. This is the first delegation exchange between legislatures of Vietnam and Haiti, which aims to establish and promote friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries.
