President presents ambassadorial title to diplomats
(VOVWORLD) -President Tran Dai Quang has awarded the ambassadorial title to 5 diplomats.

The awardees are Deputy Foreign Minister Nguyen Quoc Dung, Vietnamese Ambassador to Laos Nguyen Ba Hung, Ambassador to Belarus Le Anh, Consul General to Cambodia Nguyen The Cuong, and former Ambassador to Poland Pham Kien Thiet.
Addressing a ceremony in Hanoi on Friday, President Quang said that the conferment of the ambassadorial title, the highest distinction of diplomats, is in recognition of the Party and State for their contributions to foreign affairs as well as national construction and defense in general. He urged the diplomats to work even harder to fulfill tasks assigned by the Party and State to contribute to maintaining peace and stability and mobilizing outside resources for national development.
