President Tran Dai Quang 's letter sent to teachers, parents, and students on the occasion of the new academic year.

In his letter, President Quang praised the education sector for its achievements in the previous academic year, which he said should be capitalized on in this academic year. He called for further reform of education to meet the demands for high quality human resources and to serve national industrialization, nationalization, and international integration. Mr. Quang said he hopes the teachers will remain passionate for their work and the students will promote the learning tradition and nurture dreams to contribute to national development.
